I worked for a company called Logex back in the late 90's and early 2000. We would haul Air Products, Praxair or BOC gases trailers using Logex power units.

Either company you'll do $70,000+ a year. Both are extremely strict with safety almost to the point of micromanagement. But if you can deal with that and not having weekends off you'll be ok. Cryogenics isn't too difficult to learn. I ran liquid oxygen and nitrogen to the 5 boros of NYC and long island for years along with Philly and Baltimore. Its clean work. If you spill any it's gone in seconds. Personally I prefer hauling liquid co2

Sorry so long an Not the best typing as you will see its been a long few weeks an I am tired.
Please beware of Air Products. My Husband worked for them (Granity City, IL)since June of '06, Till 7/24/2019 ( Hazmat driver over 25 years). He recently left them, due to a minor accident they suspended him for ( more later). He applied for another trucking job only to find out they did not put anything on his DACT (I hope that was right) So he now has to prove he drove over the rode with them etc. Now they did take care of him and our family for years. Had Great benefits. (which I already miss) when he was off work for 6mo at a time for a few years in a row, due to different reasons, Comp, Personal Health, etc they let him Stay with NP. Till a year ago due to a comp claim ( Tore the Metatarsal in his knee do to Truck Step (Defective at Manufacturing, and checked before using) which led to surgery) he nearly got screwed over on, they tried to get him to resign. there Lawyers did not even show up to court. after he returned to work, they tried to use him as an example (scapegoat, to get him to resign, It did not work an he still stayed cause it was a good company, there were no problems later either. (Well Not till now) They also told him he will get is already approved Vacation pay for next year, now we are being told NO, He will not. the accident could have been preventable. (hmmm Just got a bill in the mail for his accident, they took him to ER for, Really?!?!!) Anyway.. He was doing is Pre-trip like he did daily, the same way everyone has done. The same way Management an Safety officer an bigwig Saw it being done. He did not have on his hard hat, He bent over to check places underneath etc, when he came up he hit his head on a part of the trailer. it lead to a deep 8 stitches cut on his scalp. he did not take or lose anytime off, Until he learned he was suspended due to failure to obey company policy, Not wearing his hard hat. He was never told how long suspension was, they just said pending an investigation. He had not heard from them till he called them on Monday, which was suppose to be the day he was to talk to them in the office after they called an told them what time. Now on another note, the Manager an I think Safety officer just came back from Allen town, PA, in a bad mood etc. they Finally called him in Wed. only to tell him he can come back to work if he Signed a paper stating he would never have any other accidents, and would wear his hard hat at all times etc etc etc. He refused to sign it, and his union Told him not to also. (Untied Steel Workers union) So basically he resigned then when he already planned on giving his 2 weeks. Now weeks later He is Finally hopefully Going back in a Truck, Which Sucks cause He now has to go fully over the road gone 5-6 days a week when he was OTR with Air Products But Home almost every Night, If he was held over in a other state etc they put him up in a Hotel. He did Get sent a few time to Help Run out of other terminals for a week or so without complaints. My husband has a Fully Clean Driving record, No accidents, No nothing. He was always a Company Driver. He Rarely ever complained out his Job. Also as a note to think about even though he did pay into his health insurance (check dated-8/2/2019 $0.00 Pay, cause it all went to Paying our Benefits) etc, we are also now Being told we have NO Insurance. Period no Benefits of anything. Sad Part is I am considered in Poor Health, an need it this month. Yes I fully Understand he walked away we dont deserve it, or what ever. But I do know when you pay for that month you have insurance till the end of the month. Anyway Driver for 1 BE SAFE OUT THERE, to many 4 wheelers running crazy, and Watch your every move with Air Products it can one day come bite ya in the Butt, no matter how Good of a Driver/ Employee you are told you are. He even received Valuable Employee Awards over the years. Also make sure even if your Bending over you keep that hard hat on during Pre-trip!!

Linde merged with Prax, so I would definitely go with AP! It will take time for things to get sorted out at the new Linde.

This ain’t no lie. My manager is a prick and a half. Tried to tell me I was touching my phone by using the back window kept saying something was lighting up. I was changing the radio station. Then said kept encouraging me to quit and that if I didn’t I’d have a target on my back. Letting HR sort it out. But I’m quitting anyway I don’t have to deal with his ###

    And you'd win that bet.
All major cryo producer/carriers have at least 2 cameras and in Linde's case 5

With all those cameras, the truck might as well driver by itself and the so-called driver can just do the labor hooking and unhooking hoses. :D
