    Whats going on Drivers i am starting monday in conover what do i need to expect is it a normal new hire orentation lol videos and open book test any info would be helpful :biggrin_255:

    Wow, Are you coming straight out of school? It is pretty intense but then again I went to Missoula and they are a bit more strict then they are in Conover, It last 10 days and it is a 24/7 interview, They watch your every move. I will let AT answer this better since he is a proud Conover driver... :yes2557:

    yes walstib i do have to change my screen name hahahahaha and now i have a total of 4 mths otr expiernce i got tired of not having miles at swift so i had to make a chamge

    Go to the yard every night and practice, practice, practice! Me and AT were there every night until 8 sometimes later. And yes it is a 24/7 interview, so dont do or say anything stupid! Good luck

    Watch out for that snake in RL's truck, he really needs to get a cage for that thing!!

    Don't forget to go next door to the hotel and get some good food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at the Red Cedar Market. Tell them Eric from Jersey sent you.
    And for you drivers out there, he has parking right next door in the empty lot. They have no problem with the trucks parking there.
