Starting in Trenton 8/22

Well my trainer is functionally retarded. But I am getting my wheel time so I am happy about that. He can barely read and doesnt know his left from right. I am wondering how he passed the trainers program.

He hasnt been able to answer even one of my questions yet, and insists on reading the confidential eval report I have to turn in on him weekly.

Lucky for me Greg is an excellent instructer and gave me all the tools i needed, as long as I can keep getting my wheel time I only need his CDLs till i get mine

 

just finished week 2. I was thinking of calling to ask for a new trainer but wasnt sure if they frown on that sort of thing, and i need to keep the paychecks coming in and cant afford to be sitting and waiting on another

 

It takes more than just sitting behind the wheel to learn the ropes and be a decent driver. If it is that bad I would talk to the dispatcher about it and request to get somebody that will train you properly.

 

10-4, I will speak with someone Monday and see how it goes.

 

With the name you use I would think it would be a great match, Dip$hit getting trained by Retardboy, lol. Just kidding.

Bear is right - if you're not able to learn from your trainer then it's up to you to request another one. Dont do like some have and dont change then want to blame them not passing on their trainer.

Also - posting about his inabilities/abilities on a public message board might not be the proper thing to do - just sayin! (never know who reads these)

 

Thats why I never identified myself or called him out by name
