I did about 15-18 stops when I was delivering food. How many should i expect when I start at my ltl job. I know that it should be a lot easier then the food industry.

local usually depends on distance. Anywhere between 5 to 20/stops

The number of stops will be comparable, but the amount of time and energy spent at each one will be way less. I regularly have stops that only take 3 minutes. 5-10 minutes per stop is average. And very rarely any physical labor that even comes close to what foodservice drivers do.

Really it depends on where you are located and what you are doing. There will obviously be a big difference between a city route, a rural route, or an area that I used to work in, which was a little of both.
