I would ask for a not saying that the medications you are on would not interefere with you driving heavy equipment. That is what I ask my doctor for and he gave it to me.

Shane...like gold says the note should say that you are under his care for both conditions. If he has recently done a blood work up that would include what your glucose percentage over the last 6 months the numbers for that test would be good to have on hand. That test has a special name, but I can't think of it right now, I am old and forgetful.:biggrin_25515:

Triglycerides is the word I think you are looking for. Also, contact Swift's doctor for a list of approved medications. The ones you could be taking could be not approved. If this is the case it is not worth you going up only for you to be turned away.

No Hunter, it is a short name with numbers in it, something like an "OIC10" or such. Triglycerides have to do with with good or bad chloresteral I belive, but thanks for the comeback!
