Oh, forgot to mention I picked up a cb the other week from the New Paris, OH Petro Travel Plaza. Bought a used Cobra for $150, no taxes to add. Also, bought a Astatic used mic for $50... so now I have a bit more heads up on traffic (bears, oh my!) and weather conditions, and I can avoid a few lizzards if they're the chaty type, I guess.

A used Cobra for $150?? What was special about it? You can get a new one for about $100.

Lx 29 model, peeked & tuned with *lifetime tuning* @ no aditional charge. Seen them in pilot's for $129.99 + tax, online for as little as $89 + shipping + tax. so then I'd have to get home to get it (more money out of pocket). Ya, I know, tuning only at that cb shop; so I carefully picked on that's near one of our terminals on a major lane.

Well the day has come. Two things I've been waiting for: snow, and a newer truck. Now driving a 2010 T2000, after a few requests to not take the T660 (same year) that was originaly on hold. I can't describe the christmas like feeling I have had for about a week now since finding out that I was getting a newer truck. Part of me is sad to see the old one go, she's been great. Not to mention losing the cat engine, but hey I'm still moving thanks to the company.

Congrats on the new ride! It was a pleasure meeting you in BRF. Good luck and stay safe.
