I have always been the first one to report ANY discrepencies or incidents, reguardless of party's fault. Even owned up to preventing an accident that caused me to rub the trailer tires dangeriously close to a bearier, in a curve, on the interstate, and in a work zone. I explained that it was only due to my attention to the surrounding vehicals that I avoided a potentialy nasty accident with this driver who was trying to pass, without care to himself or others, and nearly struck my driver's side mirror with the rear section of the trailer. The only reason I bothered to mention it was because I did make contact with only the tires, and should a blowout have resulted later, I had the truck info to report (which I collected after exiting the work zone of course).

There have been other simlar events, but it doesn't seem to matter what I have avoided - 1) saftey is my primary job description. and 2) events that don't actully hapen are hard to prove that they actually happened, therefor do not carry weight in proving my abilites to better control the circumstances of situstions that have occured.

I know what you are talking about in those works zones. Sometimes it is a tight fit between those stupid concrete barriers they put up and leave little room for cars much less a large tractor trailer. I can see how one would possibly scrub tires in a large vehicle.

Not trying to talk about a sore subject but I am curious as to the damage to the trailers you mentioned. Only in an effort to avoid the same situation. If you don't want to post it publicly I understand. Feel free to shoot me a PM.

As of today, terminated. Looking for something honest and dependable that will accept my past flaws and work with them -cause that's what I'm doing. Now, off to entertain my 2 yr old son; bbl.
