Depends on what you are looking for..........I think you can read the posts to tell what we think of the company. But also know - there is no perfect company.

What do you think about cameras on the truck drivers at millis?
-
My theory is this, I already have a dash cam to watch the idiots in front of me, that I have control of. A camera pointed at the driver is NEVER going to benefit the driver. May benefit the company, but never the driver!slim shady and Boomer 1 Thank this. -
The guy said one of those cameras on another company's truck caught the driver standing up in the sleeper section while driving. Had one hand on the wheel and was searching for something in the bunk.
If i ever had to get one i would ask if it records sound because i tend to have a filthy mouth most of the day yelling at the 4 wheelers. -
I feel the same way.i did research on smartdrive cameras.they record sound to.they are supose to only activate in a critical event but bumpy roads slaming doors high winds set it off.the video gets sent to an expert diciplanary team.they grade you on a point system.some things they consider distractions are loud music, smoking, drinking a soda, and yawning its crazy!!!

It has sound.rude gesture and or raised voice is 100 negative safety points.

I stand by what I said, and you guys just proved it. It will NEVER benefit the driver. And from the sounds of it, it's only there to get you in trouble.

Check out the website! This camera thing is VERY bad for the driver! It can be triggered easy and is in your home away from home. It captures video when you swerve?....I swerve all day, I drive country back roads for my route. What if you call on your legal blue parrot to order your wife flowers for her birthday, give your credit card #, exp. date, and 3 digit code on the back. Then hang up and a car cuts you off 2 minutes later, guess what they have your credit card info recorded at a facility where it will be reviewed by who knows how many people! I can on and on and on with examples, but you get my point. A driver I know that got one called and asked Dan Millis if he would be fired if it recorded him smoking or on his headset, his answer MAYBE.
