    Stick with them for 12 months after all they have given you an opportunity to work unless they treat you really badly and don't pay you and then after that with a years experience behind you it will be alot easier taking your pick of companies willing to hire you or perhaps you'll like we're you are and remain just remember most companies are pretty much the same, the only difference is the color of the hood.
