    Jerzeegirlc so you are at carroll fulmer? I had been approved to go with them but the starting pay was low. I am still a little curious as far as how their per diem works and what kind of truck you get assigned.

    Pay is a little low but how much is stress and aggravation worth. Here there is very little. Do your job and no problem. Hubby is very happy here, been there almost a year He has a Mack and loves it and the pre diem works for us. Hope all goes well.

    Maybe the starting pay is low due to it saying on their Website that there are Two Raises a year with no cap ever. Just my .02 though.
