    I'm thinking of doing the lease purchase with them. The guys I talk to are making good money. But I'm happy with what I bring home every week also.

    They added SC to the regional drivers so now it's Fl, GA, Al, SC the trick is getting a good long prep plan for the weekend. In my case. I go to TX.

    No I don't think I do. I don't go to yard unless when I'm going home. So I don't mingle with many people. Is he a driver?

    I live in Fort Myers, FL. I have 1.5 years of recent experience. I chose Carroll Fulmer for the Florida hometime and to drive solo. My last job I was driving team, making good money but getting beat up by the truck trying to sleep (bounciest Pro-Star ever.) I really enjoy having my 10 hr. break sitting still. I've been with some mega carriers, they always promise hometime, but I've been having a hard time getting loads in or out of FL. CF has plenty of work in FL. For that I'm even accepting a pay cut.

    CF offers lease/purchase after 90 days, I'll definitely be considering that. First I need to see how they treat their company drivers.

    I'm heading to orientation this coming Monday. I'll keep you all posted on how things go. Thanks for the encouraging words, Nelson. I had been getting depressed reading the other threads. It's good to hear something positive, when I've already decided to give this company a shot.

    You will do well, they keep you busy and don't bother you. If you get Brad as your DM he is GREAT. The lease they offer is on the used KW but they have a fresh inline and o/o make really good money
