    I won't say it won't happen, and have no first hand knowledge, but I would be really surprised if they hired someone no experience from US to work in Canada right away. Usually the application asks if you are authorized to work in the country for the position you are applying for.

    Buddy of mine went to the hiring event here in san antonio. They told him they were only looking for ppl with CDL....I had heard that they were getting screwed with people going to the driving school and quitting halfway thru it....a lot of money wasted

    I filled out the online application and spoke to a woman to get pre screened, as they required that before you could attend tomorrow's event in Muncy, PA. I was told the same thing, at this time they are only looking for people that already have their CDL's. So Muncy is out for me tomorrow and I'll be heading to the Odessa, TX job fair on the 10th of December.
