i started with DTI in 1996 i got $350 a week for training and .21cpm solo. was there only 6 months before they got bought by swift.

i was pre hired by them in 96 didn't go with them but got the same pay with DTI

In December of 2011, I started with Werner for $0.265/mile plus tuition reimbursement.
Using my Dre Beats machine -
1975 hauling coal for tonnage, my pay was .17 cents a ton. Onsite and no D/L but hey it paid.

Just to add my two cents, no make that seven, my first OTR job I received .075cents per mile, thats 7 and a half cents. That was in 1976.
