So the mechanic comes out at 6 am knocks on the door. The kid refues to answer it. I have to jump down off the top bunk and drop the trailer and pull his truck into the bay, while he is NOW WHINING THAT THEY COULD HAVE GIVEN HIM A HEADS UP THAT HE WUZ GETTIN IN THE SHOP!!! Me and him are gonna have a come to Jesus meeting here before the day is out! Me and laziness don't get along anywhere, anytime! Anyhow, they diagnosed his problem, bad alternator on the Tri-Pac. Oh gosh, what will he whine about now....LOL!
-
He'll whine about you harassing him and not liking him...and tell you to leave him alone while he plays his video games cuz he's at Level 35!
-
He doesnt need to be an trainer. Let us know how that talk comes out....

Well it was abbreviated "chat"...lol! The mech had the APU and the bunk heater working in about 45 mins. Turns out to be an alternator. Tells me we are good to go. I go into the cafe to inform the kid we are good to go and he starts ranting about...waa, waa, waa. I'm getting a cup of coffee and I turn and look at him and in a voice loud enuf for the room to hear..."M***, it's YOUR truck, why don't YOU go ask him, he is right out that door!" Of course he doesn't ask em anything, but as soon as we get in the truck, he starts whining about having to pay for an alternator. I look at him with a disgusted look and shake my head. It really has gotten comical. Not to offend anyone, but he is a typical Gen X'r,
should be flipping burgers at Micky D's. One thing I know, I'll deal with his lil tantrums until I upgrade and THEN I'll let Prime know about his lack of training skills.
And anyone reading this thinking about Prime, don't let this little rant deter you. My exp so far really has been VERY positive, so don't let one bad apple spoil a great career!!! -
You enjoying bein a door slammer Oldman?

I really think that companies should also make student-trainer pairing decisions by age, too. Age matters as much as experience.
