I'm fine with the starting pay but the progression to a higher pay that's on par with other companies once you have experience seems a little slow. If they treat me good then I can take the lower cpm and be happy. It's not all about the money . I start school on Jun 3rd and then hopefully heading your way.

I understand. The quarterly bonuses help out a bit, but I factor in them paying my health insurance as well. Good luck with your schooling. Another thing I liked about them is they have a good training program. Also, once you get on they have a really good paying referral program. Feel free to ask if you have any questions

I like it. It’s close to the house. I’m home almost every weekend and still make a good paycheck. They pay for healthcare and the equipment is well maintained. They’ll run you as hard as you want to run. I like to get 2400-2600 and call it a week others run 1800-2000 and are happy. Feel free to message me if there’s anything you want to know.
