Go to another company! Just 2 cents. I started with Stevens, great training but I starved to death on the road. If you stay just stay a company do not go to their Alliance program. They will push that on you and when they do run! Been there done that and got the cheap t-shirt to prove it! Great trainers bad company!

 

They dont "push" you to do Alliance.

 

I told them no to Alliance once. Since then I get the occasional random QC offer to join, that's it. Not one person other than fellow drivers and of coarse Stevens Radio when on hold, ever mention it.

As a company drive with 11 months time I am averaging 27-2800 miles per week, I am grossing on average $800 per week. Yes some weeks are better than others, but if you show a willingness to run and demonstrate an aptitude for the job you will not starve.

 

What, no water boarding ? No forcing you to listen to Justin Beiber tapes until you sign? lol

i suppose if i had not been forced to listen to it while on hold so many times my opinion might be different but as it is i will never willingly listen to it. he might be a great guy for all i know and granted he works there so its in no way unbiased commentary but a sane person can only take so much cheerleading before you get soured by it.
