It's a couple of days of classes, Smith System again, choose the truck on Wednesday (I believe) and spend the rest of the day signing the lease and freight agreements. You'll spend a couple of days doing inspections, getting everything fixed (real important!) and getting on the list to get an APU installed before going out on your first load.

what Ironpony said. Got in Tuesday and played catch up. Did all my cbts in one day. Couple classes and now in line to get a truck. Probably wont roll till Monday but hey I get a room til then on them cause they are short trucks. Only 5 available today and Im number 11 on the list. Although someone might not like a color or type. I see two Cascadia's on the success lease site in there inventory.

Well, spent my week here with the upgrade classes and got my truck assigned today. Right now I envy you lease drivers, truck color isn't a big deal for the most part......until you get your assigned company truck and it's basically pink!!!! Ok, in all fairness it's magenta. Good thing I'm a secure guy!!!!

Depends on the fleet manager, some run you a little easy the first week or so to let you get your feet wet running solo.

Depends on how you can run, Ive been grossing 1500-1800, ive also be cranking out the miles, and haven't had to take a 34 since I started running solo, and 450 miles is a easy day lol. Mpg bonus, Hazmat, detention, and stop pay help pad the bottom line, make sure you do what it takes to get them. Manage your hrs, and learn to run miles. Sometimes it takes back to back 6 and7 hundred mile days
