    My biggest concern is passing the Blood Pressure test portion of the DOT physical. I use natural remedies to keep it under control but I haven't tested it in quite a while. I will be doing my own self BP check to kind of get a ball park of wether I'll pass that or not. If it's at least under 160, I know I can get the 1 year DOT medical card and not the two year. But that would give me time to get it under control. If I fail my own BP test, I may have to go back on BP meds and retest. I'll have a better idea tomorrow.

    YeAh I'm kinda concerned about bout the dot physical as well I am a smoker and over weight anyone know what all they check
