State Registration

Nevada has a rule that you need to get Insurance IN Nevada in order to register a truck in that state. CA is the state my insurance is issued in, but it is good for all 48. I am looking for a state that charges less than CA ($4800) , that will accept the insurance.

Does anyone know of a place that will do the registration for me for a fee?

Does anyone know of a chart that shows how much each state charges?
