    actually, the guberments DO replace there cars every couple of years i'm guessing.

    other then some poor town. don't think you'll see many 5 year old cop cars out on the highway.

    my aunt is the second owner of her 2000 taurus. bought it from the county in 2002. hasn't been too bad a car for her considering the tuarus was the biggest POS car ever built back then. only replaceing the typical water pump/heater core and motor mounts.
