    Mass, CT and VT are okay with e-copies. NY has to be printed and signed by the driver. PA has to be printed and signed and you have to have an urban areas map as well.

    Illinois is fine as long as its readable in a PDF. No screen size requirements. I get mine checked all the time in Goreville....
