    Why? I work hard too. They earn money too! They can cheat me once, who konws the pay in the past 3 years were right ? I totally didn't trust them.

    Ok. You can let your company cut your pay every day. Nobody blame you. This is not only about 400, it is about cheating!
    And you don't care people cheat you!

    Call em up and demand your $400. Tell them that if they don't pay, you'll not only drag their ### to small claims, but you'll also initiate a complaint with the IRS to have you reclassified as an employee forcing them to defend the charge or cough up 3 years of FICA + penalties. And tell them you'll call the labor board right after that.
