    Lol, no.

They ask you if you want to lease once you finish the school and when you are done with both phase one and phase two OTR training.

So, in the words of pattyj up there, they had you sign a lease right from the start? That don't make any sense.

At least make it through the school and the road training before thinking of leasing.

Not til the lease presentation was over they ask who wants to switch to lease op and when the $$ are compared few stay on company recruit side . Almost like a time share presentation it sound good til you sign. Be sides I didn't say they're no good, the freight was there but more for teams really , not to mention the trk pymnt comes out whether you more or not

Hmm, they really didn't say much about the lease in school, just kinda vaguely talked about it.

It wasn't until you said you wanted to lease then they would put you in lease orientation and then go over the contract with you as you signed it.
It varies, sometimes they have a lot of solo freight and a lot of team freight. Usually a good DM will put a solo on a team load, tell him to run it as far as he can, then swap it onto a team.
Well, that's a given. Whether you run or not, you still gotta pay for the truck. Just like if you go to a dealership and finance or lease a car. You're always gonna be expected to make the payments no matter if you have a job or not.

Funny because CRE doesn't go to Canada anymore. I was with them for five years and got out.

A guy I know went through their school 3 months ago, he said they pushed leasing hard right away.
