There was an old man that lived down the street from my cousin. You’d work for JB Hunt 35 years and loved it. When I was a kid he’d tell us stories of how great they retreated and about the owners
25 years later I considered working for them. But then I read about Complaints where drivers weren’t being paid detention pay and sure enough they were sued over it and the government made him pay something like $34 million there were many many complaints about Recruiters lying and so forth then I read a lawsuit where they were sued in the state of California because drivers weren’t even being paid minimum wage… that definitely made me not want to work for JB Hunt. It’s a good idea to read various reviews of truck companies and sometimes you’ll see a bunch of fives and a bunch of ones and I guarantee the ones are the ones telling the truth there isn’t any company out there where people absolutely rave about it and absolutely hate it and Lord Numbers
