How about the MBM at the Lewisville Tx and Ft. Worth DC's? What are the pre hire qualifications such as what goes on during the physical ,drug test, etc etc. and will they take someone with 8 years of verifiable trucking experience that has not drove in a few years and just got their cdl from a trucking school being they let the old one lapse . Any info would be nice to hear.
Stay away from MBM. They are one the worst companies I've ever worked for.

I was based our of mbm in Fort Worth.... they won't hire you if you been out of a truck that long.. they check your job references.. they work you to death. I ran over on my hours many times while I was unloading at a stop.. you don't get hourly pay so if it takes you 2 days to do a 1 day route that's not good. The pallets are ways leaning to most of the time you can't use the manual pallet jack... the customers are very picky if you are early or late. They will make you wait til it's convenient for them they don't care if you have to take your 10 hour reset.. they will just make you move your truck and call your boss.. it's rough very stressful. Some of the Burget kings were not meant to fit a big rig. The trucks are horrible. I had many times the leaf springs broke. You do not get break down pay.. any more questions just ask
TruckrWnnaB and DTM Thank this. -
But seriously, they've got a terminal somewhere near Lancaster PA and they're hiring.

Well I got a job offer from Mclanes in Aurora did the physical and The next day Frito Lay offered me a Job went and did another Physical at the same place (Consentra) I went with Frito Lay. Ive been there now over a month pretty good place. I would say on average divers been there 10 Years not bad for 70 drivers. one thing I don't like is starting at the bottom but I got to pay my dues! If you live in Denver area let me know I'll tell you more about my experiences at Frito Lay but over all I think I made a good move,

Each center is different. I have worked and still work for Mbm out of Aurora Colorado. Our oldest trucks are 2012. All trailers have lift gates. 2/3 of our customers do take the product into the store. I have been at mbm for a little over 4 year's. Average yearly income is around 85000. All regional or local routes 4 days is our longest route and we only have 2 of those most routes are 2 day or 3 day routes. Most people quit this center because of the lack of respect shown to drivers.

yeah that's one of the things you have to consider when choosing a transport company is what is the turnover rate every trucking company has drivers that leave for different reasons however an excessive turnover of drivers should send out warning signals.
