Stay away from ROEHL!!

Roehls not a bad company...its a great place to get a start...and as preacher said your experience may outgrow it...there are those who complain about this that and the other thing...but you can't please everyone all the #### time...I haven't really had any problems with getting home.....and they are getting me home to Jax to take care of some issues that developed over Christmas for me (non health related)....
I have not experienced the L/O or O/O side...and from what I am hearing its not as good as it was...maybe it will get better in the future...but doubt any time really soon...

Lol. Yeah, roehls such a horrible place oh my god. Watch your paychecks cuz they might not do something or take something or (insert over played BS here).

No they do put cameras in some of their trucks and Drivecam is company behind it and its Roehls way to monitor/micromanage you. If you have the misfortune of having and accident/incident you will be considered a safety risk and the possibility of having one installed are increased. Driving safe as you know sometimes is not enough. There is a little luck involved. I had a trainer back when I started driving back in 96' who had 25 yrs behind him with no accidents. I talked to him 2 yrs later and he had 2 accidents within 2 weeks . You could tell his confidence was broken, so long story short it can happen to anybody at anytime. The cam is a huge overeach in privacy and it just makes a person nervous and does not enhance safety in anyway. It's a tool to get you to move on and it it works lol !!!

Just responding to a message at the top of the Trucker report home page. I didn't open it up, said that Roehl didn't put cams in the truck and thats not true...

 

Wasn't directed at you, just in general. Someone (scroll up) decided to comment after a month and open up this silly thread again. It won't stop for a week now watch.

Though to be fair grinder58 most of the posts you've participated in this forum involve this same thread...
