thanks for the info,but as you said it was useless,i have been there 2 yrs and I contacted ascenus and was told that I don't have any money in my acct.even though my pay stubs say otherwise.i would like any one interested in filing a class action suit against brian hicks and sheena tolson please respond.i am new to the computer.so do we put our contact/phone#/e-mail/name etc...?on this board.i have an attorney that is specialized in employment issues.if you can list your phone# or your spouses# to stay anonymous on this board please do.THIS IS THE ONLY WAY WE ARE GOING TO GET OUR MONEY!! Ok guys and gals, I'm done farting around with this crap. We drivers in Toledo have talked to some lawyers and we have found a couple that are interested in helping us. But be prepared because this is going to take some time. I suggest you file for assistance (duhh) until you can find other work. Eagle Express picked up Trojan's mess and they might be looking. I just don't know. I will be setting up a new Email so anyone who wants to get involved with the legal stuff, I will get that info posted on this forum as soon as I can. I will also see if the lawyer will set up either a website or a special page on his website for us to follow along with what is happening or so other drives can join us.
Also I have a contact number in Baltimore for the form to report unpaid wages from POS employers like Brian.

Just remember they can ignore 1 or 2 complants but they can't ignore 300. Ws need to stick together on this and we will win. Brian does not have any defense for what he has done to us and if his lawyer is smart, he will convince him of that.
Personally, I would like to see Brian in prison getting his rectum re-sized.

If I was involved I would be calling Eagle ASAP. They're going to need drivers who know the runs and can get it back up and running.
