Just called about my 401K - POS Brian never even started an account for me - supposed to have over $3000 - but now I found out there is nothing. I am making it my personal mission to put you and ALL others involved (watch out payroll ) in the the slammer.

 

I just called also about my mythical 401k..........nothing. no record of me whatsoever. what a scoundrel Brian Hicks is..........time to go to war.

I knew from the getgo that those SOB,s were stealing our money.

 

yeah they took the money out. i have it on my pay stubs.

 

From what we have been told not all routes went up for emergency bid. Some were just appointed to certain carriers. Does anyone know who got the jacksonville to denver route?

 

So wish I could figure out how to post a picture on here! I found all the emails and hiring pack from when my hubby started over 2 yrs ago. There is a particular page I find so funny! Its the 401k sheet that tells u all about the plan. It states "your hw&p funds will go directly into your 401k plan". "This will be reflected on your payroll check under deductions" ALL DEPOSITS ARE MADE ON A QUARTERLY BASIS" see that last one????

 

I found a really good lawyer in Baltimore who will take our case on contingency (he don't get paid 'till we get paid). He has been rated with 5 out of 5 stars and is looking into what I have told him about what is going on. After he investigates our claim I am sure he will be on board with us.
