The company name is "Trojan Horse Ltd." You needed to experience this first hand to be a believer.... really?!

i think the news in there state should be call so the people that is doing business with him know what kind of person there dealing with.
this is the only way you can get the attention of brian if you want help make it news.don't let them sweep it under the rug thats what he wants.

I still think our best bet is to join ooida in oak grove mo it cost$ 45.00 a year to join if enough of us join them they would probaly look into ,they have been standing up for truckers for a long time over 30 years, not only owner operators but also drivers too check out there web site ,see all the lawsuits they have filed on behalf of drivers and owner operators

Our best bet is to take him to court where we can get our money back and that will automatically alert the DA of what this POS has been doing. Goto post #133 and join our lawsuit.

    tink Thanks this.

Guys I understand how badly you want to see Brian in jail. I want the same thing. I just wish you would join up with this lawsuit and let the attorney handle it. That's what he does for a living. What happens if Brian does go to jail before we get our money back? He may use up all his assets defending himself and there will be nothing left for us. Of if he starts feeling too much pressure he might just say the heck with it and run. I don't know and neither does anyone else.
I still think our best recourse is to let the lawyer handle this and most likely (if Brian has a brain in his head)they will settle out of court and that will allow the DA to step in and nail him.
Please goto post #133 and the attorney's contact info is there. Let's get what Brian owes us first then worry about getting him in prison. I need that money and I am sure you do too.
