Well I will say this, I am the supervisor who took a vacation 2 weeks ago. What was not mentioned was the fact that I spent the last 2 vacations alone without my family due to work I stayed home while they left. I did not know what direction my employment was going, much like everyone else on here. So I decided to take one because I may be starting somewhere new and would not get a vacation for some time. I have always done my best to look out for my drivers. I have always been honest with all of them. I can't give any info if I haven't gotten any. During the 5 days I was away NO new new developed. There was nothing I could have done even if I had stayed home. I have called every employee as soon as I heard anything new from the company.

 

keep on dreaming about a check they spend that on those forged prescriptions you may as well join the rest of us with our big time attorneys that's the only way you will get it

 

you mean like the checks they got in ohio that bounced to California you can forget them just giving it to you .you may as well join us and help take them down

 

I heard no promised checks, because to many people called the labor board and turn him in. " boo who" so accounts are frozen
not sure if this is true most likely more lies. KEEP CALLING THE LABOR BOARD.#### call the white house. any person that will take food out of a family's mouth and" HIDES" behind his employee's that are still working for him should ware black and white and put in the hole and not see the light of day.
And the employee's that help him should get the same because you have a choice to do right or wrong.

 

401k. Isn't frozen so why won't he release the funds and why won't Ms tolson release anything be cause we are no longer employed with the company and she knows it ....

Only b h can answer your questions, I think as long as he has are 401ks he can show that Trojan horse the company has large asset's.
Then Trojan horse has a good image that way, but I don't no for sure, he likes to dangle people on a string

 

FYI there were several drivers supposedly hundreds that filed complaints to the labor board in June/July of 2012; and as you see nothing came from it, it's government red tape, they take a cut and drie case of embezzlement from employees, so the labor board is useless they could of stopped THLTD from continuing to take 401k money from employees but did nothing, so drivers filing with the LB has no influence on no pay checks or anything else BDH does.

 

Its just more lies he B H is hiding behind and his employee's saying yes sir what ever you want and how high you want me to jump sir.
