stay away from Trojan Horse Ltd

After reading all the posts and doing some meaningful research, this company didn't go rogue overnight. These companies (TH, BDH, CE, & GBH) had years of fiduciary mismanagement, poor leadership and incompetence. Drivers can't access their (401k) money simply because it's not there. Your money was used in the shell game. Peter was robbed to pay Paul and vice-versa. Drivers filed complaints with the DLLR. What did you expect them to do? Stay true to the buddy system? There still seems to be a few loyal cohorts, which is beyond comprehension. A reasonable person with any intelligence and moral values would have left the building.

The advice given to stay away from these companies is really the best advice. The main principal of these companies appears to lack intestinal fortitude, integrity, and leadership qualities.

Buyers beware!!! This company appears to be a lemon.

 

or did he cause you know bh ain't signing notta !!!! anything and if he ever does again it will bounce to cally and back

 

one thing for sure is this company is really good at theft and backstabbing you right to your face all the while emptying your 401k account even though they are phony accounts and now has run to florida we need to report them to the fla attprney general also to let them know they are there

 

well I saw 2 trojan freight drivers on 95 today one was that big white guy with the bandana the other I couldn't tell but he was white and stupid for sure. that means nick must still be running freight out of somewhere or hole in the alley under some rock

 

They are hauling freight but no mail and there is some who do have money in there 401k accounts might not ever see it but its there.
If truck doggy got his he must of knew b h, because no one can get it till he signs off and I was told the I r s won't let b h sign off till he pays back
what he took from the drivers and put back in their 401k accounts .

 

i saw alot of trailers at the capitol heights mail stc there are like 15 of trojan trailers wth doesthat mean are they back or what..if they are im going to call a lawyer on the post office too because they have to be in on this mess

 

If TH owes the PO money those trailers may already have a claim on them. That happened to a contractor in Illinois whose run we took over. Their trailers are still at our NDC being used for storage.

 

I only ever saw BH one time and it was in new jersy, my girl started to make some calls and it showed up, that was all that was done.

 

the trailers werent there at first now they are there sitting so you can see them in the post office parking lot..they were at the jessup yard

 

we all have made a lot of calls as well but no check .
