Like I said in email to marsh 'sturmkatze' I sent. It does not soften the blow any being told they are working on getting drivers paid. This has been a long time coming. It wasn't something that happened over night. My hubby too had loan payments coming out they never were applied. We have been told so many different things can't really keep up with what's what anymore. All we know is that we are praying for a miracle before our family loses everything. The drivers on this side of the run were awesome and we made some life long friends because of this company. So not all bad came of it but still like stated before don't make things easier at all. While we are here struggling (not gonna mention names on here but marsh knows who) his supervisor decided to go ahead and take his vacation that was scheduled for Friday past and leave all of us with questions unanswered and for all his drivers to fend for themselves in all this. I hope that all the other families including ours can pull through this. I'm a firm believer that only good comes to those who wait and karma will prevail.

It does suck. Jeff, I have loan payments out too. I don't have a magic bullet. I DO know from stuff I've seen that a lot of this WAS caused by the PO. I have the e-mail, somewhere about it. I even have permission t post it, just haven't found it yet. Will try and get resend.
As to that supervisor... no comment. I was supposed to go away on the 11th to a thing I had planned for months and I Decided I needed to be here in case there WAS a problem. What else can i say? -
evidence? ok. I have been working for them since Oct,2012 and my paycheck has bounced several times and now they have lost all their postal contracts and are refusing to pay us our wages plus the 401K. They owe me over $8000!!!! proof enough?

Sturmkatzs, why are you getting so defensive? We are just people who are worried about supporting our kids. And there is plenty of reasons to get worried.
You know, if Brian would have come out last week and told us that he is having money problems and might not make payroll on the 15th, a lot of this panic would not be happening. Instead he is hiding out under his bed.
As an employer (and this includes any employer), the company has a responsibilty to the people who they have employed.
The employees trust that they are going to get paid in full and on time.
And as you keep saying you are trying to help, we thank you but telling us to hang in there is not much comfort. I, myself have been hanging in there all my life and that has never included wondering if my paycheck is going to bounce or, like now, even come at all.
You tell people to calm down but give no reason for them to do so. I do not mean for this to sound like a personal attack against you because it's not, but you have taken on the roll as spoksman for the company. Perhaps Brian should come to this forum and stand up for himself and let the people who had faith in him know exactly what is going on.
Give us something to hope for. Will we have to wait to the first of the month? Longer? Sooner?drozzer69 and bullhaulerswife Thank this. -
I'm just waiting for the email he said proves it's the PO's fault.

I would like to see that too. It's kinda hard to believe. I have talked to many other drivers from other companies at the Busse road PO and at the Chicago NDC and they don't seem to be having any trouble at all. Seems to me that if Trojan is having trouble getting paid from the PO, other companies would be having the same problems as we are, but that doesn't seem to be the case at all. And, why do other companies still have the Postal Fuel Card? Could it be because Trojan was using this card to haul freight as well as mail and the PO cut them off? HMMMM, just wondering - not accusing (sp?)
-
A business is a business and there are no excuses for leaving employees in the dark about their pay. Plain and simple those who operate in devious manners nothing will go right for them. This world goes round and round. AsThe user above pointed out, using PO fuel cards to pay for freight loads is a fact, then you wonder why the P/O does not pay you.. hmmm
Having a spokesman on this forum does nothing to help ease any drivers. We are in hard time & for one not to be compensated makes things worse.
Read the name FUPAYME !!!! -
So needed a good laugh
love the name! Well after waiting all day on a call that never came (of course) we called back to the office....talked to vallerie in payroll when she answered. Said shenna and amber were gone for the day and she had no clue with what's going on either! How do u work at the main office and head of payroll and not know what's going on????? I mean I may be a truckers wife but I'm not that stupid! We called into the 401k place and they have not heard anything either. They said all that was needed if we didn't have a seperation letter was Brian has to fill out a simple form on their website that takes a whole 2 minutes to close out the accounts where we could atleast get the money that was in there to keep our family afloat til something gets resolved. How hard is that? Take 2 minutes out and atleast do that for all of us! Also just rumor.... we have been told some of the people has been paid. That's why they are still working in home office and also that's how my hubbys wonderful supervisor went ahead and took his vacation leaving all of us here to hold the bag! Sorry if I go on but being just the wife my hands are tied and gotta vent it out somewhere lol.if anyone is getting anywhere we haven't please keep us posted.
