This company has stolen my whole paycheck while I was on my home time for something that was out of my control. Now they are saying they have up to 40 days to release my pay because i quit, but at the time they STOLE my check i had every intention on coming back to work, i was on my scheduled home time. They also were fixing my drive clock to make me drive over my HOS. This is why they originally took my check, they said I didn't gross enough for the next week to cover my truck payment and expenses, when this is the reason why I didn't cover those expenses.
Yall decided to get pm service done in Portland when we had until 07/07 to get it done, that is the companies fault. Then I had to drive 330 miles on my Diesel to get that service done. How is that my fault if yall decided to get pm service done early explain this to me. I was ready for a load on 06/27. I was told that yall was looking for somewhere to get service done to the truck. Then I was told yall had scheduled service in Portland the next morning which is 06/28. Then when I drove 330 miles on my Diesel to drop the tractor off, I was told the tractor was scheduled for next day pickup which is 06/29 after I showed up to pickup the tractor on the 29th, I sat at the truckstop all day, and was told I would get a load I'm the morning which was 06/30. After sitting at the truckstop all night I realized the trailer was leaking air from some where, I finally got a load that picked up on 07/01 outta OREGON. HOW IS ANY OF THIS MY FAULT. PLEASE EXPLAIN. THIS IS NOT MY FAULT. I NEED MY PAYCHECK, I NEEDED IT FRIDAY, NOT ONLY IS MY ACCOUNT NOW NEGATIVE, I HAVE OTHER BILLS THAT NEED TO BE TAKING CARE OF.

so based on your whining you were a lease operator. Welcome to business 101. You didn't have anything stolen. Granted your company could be a little better about where they set up the PM. But if a couple of days down time caused you to be that short. Either you were getting crap loads. Or not setting enough aside for down time. So put on your big boy pants and suck it up. It's a business. Learn to operate better. Because again. Your fault is not being prepared for downtime. Maybe next time you'll either A) work as an employee. So you don't have to worry about any bills. Or B) be smart enough to set aside enough to cover downtime. Cuz I can tell you this much. Based on your attitude. You'd not survive as an O/o. Because you don't seem to plan ahead for unexpected things. Truck broke down. "not my fault." would be your answer. but you'd still not be able to pay that lease. All because you didn't plan for downtime that happens ALL the time.

@Wasted Thyme you hit the nail on the head. Pay for the PM out of your maintaince account, eat roller dogs instead of the buffet for a while, and keep on truckin y'all!

Sorry for what's going on with ya man. You ain't gonna get that money back, but you better hurry up and find some work so your money flow can cover those bills. You're a business man so your account ain't supposed to be negative.
Besides, those roller grill items actually taste good! Especially at the Love's. Those burritos ain't bad either. -
