steroid cream at night til you get healed up. I dont have swamp ###. But I have psoriasis that can get out of hand.

if you are greasy and yeasty. Shower. wipe yourself down with peroxide, air dry, then put on the steroid cream.

also some long moisture wicking boxer briefs would probaby help. I use duluth trading.

Thee old monkey powder. Did me and one of best friends joke with that. The key is lose clothing. When I'm driving it's shorts & staying dry. For the long haul changing somethings sitting in a seat all day isn't the best. I say this with serious thoughts balance our lives with taking care of ourselves exercise, eating well, and relaxing enjoying life. All the best to you don't forget that monkey powder :D:D

until you start to heal I'd use some steroid cream and something with either lidocaine or pramoxine for the pain. Dickies has material that is a lot thinner than regular jeans. I normally don't wear jeans in the summer

They make bike seats with holes why not a truck seat ,.to air out the o ring.
When i spotted at KC we had a driver with a festering abscess on his ### that would leave a wet spot on the black vinyl seat.
Finnaly got it cutoff and was out of work 2 months.

    1. After your shower, use a hair dryer to really dry your undercarriage. It makes a huge difference versus just using a towel.

    2. Apply some Gold Bond Ultimate Men's Essentials body powder. It doesn't sting or burn like the stuff in the green bottle.

    3. Wear loose-fitting cotton underwear (I prefer boxer briefs for the longer leg length, helps prevent some thigh chafing) and relaxed-fit jeans. Underwear is one of those things where it is definitely worth spending extra money to get better quality.

    4. During your shift, you may have to shower or clean yourself with baby wipes and then re-apply some powder.

    LtlAnonymous and Rideandrepair Thank this.

I share this with my two year old. Works wonders. A little expensive, But you can’t put a price on nasty crack relief.
