I've pulled 17% gravel spur roads in an mty long logger. But you've a trailer decked up. Right now I'm delivering rock in a tub to a new log home. Gravel driveway with a maybe 12% grade. 4th gear, inter lock.
steepest grade for driveway

It’s not cheap but a beautiful cabin on 4 acres of hardwoods with a mountain view.
The land is plenty big to but a 40x80’ shop and still leave some trees.TallJoe and SmallPackage Thank this. -
One thing to remember is to not pull the steepest part of the hill on less than quarter tanks......
no, not going to tell the story....Brettj3876 and 86scotty Thank this. -
Live a mile up a dirt road with some 15%+ grades and some sharp turns. Only bring em home in the winter when the weather is good. But we have chains for both trucks too. Throw one on the steer if it's bad coming down the hill. Even bring the wagon home time to time
86scotty Thanks this. -
I wish I could fit my trailer at home, now or if I buy this land, but it ain’t gonna happen.
I’m thinking I’m going to pass on this particular property for other reasons but likely I’ll have hills around here whatever I buy. -
Find some land with easy truck access.
