At very low speeds my passenger steer tire, when turned. Almost locks up or kinda. Gets pulled or pushed. Today was the worse though. That tire was fights the command I gave it. I ended up 10-12 further than wanted before it gave way and started to turn.
I put it in the shop the other day for a unrelated issuse. They where kinda enough to take a free test rode with me of course it didn't happen then. But he did say I deffintly need a alignment. That will be done next week alone with six new rubbers.
I think its a ball joint. My buddy thinks ots that box on the fire wall. I've spent several hours try to figure it out via Google/YouTube bit nothing is even close.

Kingpin bite? Grease sometimes? Loose ball joint bite? Do as black_dog106 said before anything else, you'll be glad you did.

Sounds like something is binding up. Grease the entire front end well then jack it up and feel for it as you slowly turn from side to side. If it's not obvious what's causing the issue then start by disconnecting the sector shaft from the steering box.

Still there? Take the cross tube off. Essentially, keep disconnecting things until you're down to only a single wheel moving from side to side. At that point all you'll have left is either a bearing or kingpin.

You talking about turn as in roll?
Or turn right and left as in steer ?

And the drivers side rotates and steers freely ?

It’s binding on something , is the bumper support or something pushed back and the tire is rubbing on it ?

if you’re pulling containers , if you get in just the right spot with a hump in a driveway or something , the container chassis hangs much further down than a normal trailer and will often bind up on the rear of the tractor frame and prevent the tractor and trailer from pivoting on the fifth wheel .

Have the mechanic pull the drum and make sure the rollers are not binding and the s cam bushing isn’t dry.
