Maybe try changing your power steering fluid filter in the fluid resevoir.
If it's been a while since you have changed it, it could be plugged and causing high operating pressures, which could cause the leaky seals.
Otherwise, it could be that your sealing surface is worn enough that even a new seal can't make a good seal around the shaft.
I know Lucas makes great products, so a bottle of their P.S. leak stop might be worth a try.
Power steering box leaks can be very aggravating. Out of the 10 or so trucks I have I bet 1/3 of them have leaky steering boxes. I have changed seals, as you have, in the past and still didn't fix the leak.
    Good luck.

We have about a 30% success rate with input seals on PS gears. Usually the shaft itself is scored which is causing the leak. A new seal does nothing. You are looking at a reman gear.

I am in no way saying this is what you should do but I will relate my experience with the PS box on my 02 INTL. I was fighting the leak for quite some time (2-3 weeks) till I could get the time to put it down and reman the unit. Tried Lucas and several other PS "repair in a bottle"., Some slowed it down but none stopped it.. One day I couldn't find any PS fluid so I poured in ATF. What the HEY used it all the time growing up and if its going on the ground anyway what does it matter. Here's the interesting part.. within a week of using cheap ATF it stopped leaking completely.. :biggrin_2559:

ATF works great. Ford trucks use to come from the factory with ATF for ps fluid.

Yeah thats about what ours is too. We also don't warranty that repair and tell the customer up front that it has no warranty.
