Step Deck Driver Needed - DFW or Arkansas area preferred but not required

I have 2 trucks leased with Jet Transport INC out of Searcy, AR. Currently have 1 opening. I'm northeast of Dallas, I would prefer someone close to Dallas or close to Searcy but not required for the right driver.

Last driver was on track to make 72K this year and was home almost every weekend near Tulsa. He was with me for about 18 months. I don't micro-manage. My other driver is on track to do 70k and goes home to Houston regularly. No forced dispatch, up to you and your dispatcher where you do and do not go.

I pay 25% of gross load plus tarp pay if it's paid. 1099 at the end of the year.
Direct Deposit every Friday.
Clean, well maintained Freightliner Cascadia with APU and Inverter.
DD15 and 10 spd not governed.
53' Fontaine sliding spread axle step deck with aluminum ramps.
Tablet supplied for ELD's.
