    6x2

    TK Evolution
    2.5 ratio
    10spd direct Fuller Advantage, manual
    226” wheel base
Flow below with steer axle covers
I installed the Air Dog System in October
Switched back to FA4 oil second week of December
I run the Pittsburgh Power catalyst as well as Primrose 405C concentrate cetane additive.
Installed Amsoil oil bypass system about 6 months after buying the truck.

With an automated transmission you could gear faster, based on cruising speed and shoot for 1150 over drive, or 1200 if direct drive model. You would also get their “downsped rating” of 400hp 1750tq which has a different fuel map than what I have. Mine is spec’d for 60-65, primarily cruise at 60. I’d also recommend the Hendrickson HTB suspension vs International for some additional weight savings.

Who do you use for insurance. I'm with Progressive right now and I got a quote to add a driver truck another trailer and it more than double my monthly payment now. From 1900 a month to 4300 a month.

That’s how it works. Add a truck and driver and you add 2x or more to your insurance payments. Especially with a more expensive truck / trailer and a diver with limited / poor experience.

It's the same year truck same year trailer driver has 7 years experience with clean record. They told me my payment will go from $1,900 to $3,100 just to add the truck on with no extra driver and no trailer. Crazy. lol

I have it with NASTC right now, using Northland. I’m paying 1600 per truck per month, including the cost of the down payment. So almost 20k per year per truck. That’s every thing, 250k cargo, 1mil liability, reefer breakdown, and physical damage.

    ready2truck Thanks this.

    That's about what I'll be paying. I have 100k cargo, 1mill liability, 750k underinsured

Wow man I hope that goes down soon. Is there a particular reason you have it at 250k cargo that you can share? You don’t see that real often.

I’ve followed your thread for a while, have to reread it again as it’s been a while. Do you think it would be possible for you to run 4days a week and be home for the weekend or if just wouldn’t pay the bills doing it like that?
