Well, if you're going to sugar coat it, don't bother.:biggrin_25523:

Well, guess I'm not one of the 35 survivors. Did the walk of shame today. Stevens is more stringent on the meds you take and because they cannot enterface with the CPAP I use to download the data, that killed me today as well. But, when one door closes, another opens and I posted an update to my blog. http://docsotrblog.blogspot.com/

Sorry Shiftylots, I can't continue with you guys but guess what, I start school Monday with Tri State Truck Driving School. I will graduate on the 21st and have my choice of three companies in the local area. Ya'all can help me decide what order I place them in once I have the third company.

I'll probably go back tomorrow to talk to recruiting about medical pre-screening protocols in the recruiting process so maybe some people will save time, money, and the embarassment. I'm lucky I live local so I was out only time which is what I have plenty of.

I'm leaning toward flat-bed so any comments are welcome even if you think I'm crazy.

That Miller sure tastes good right now:biggrin_25523:

You didn't get that #### straight BEFORE you went to orientation? How long you been reading these boards? Didn't you learn anything? Are all these people (myself included) just talking about experiences for nothing? WTF?!?
Read my tag line. Then read it again. And again.
Nope! Didn't stick with ya did it. Re-#######-markable!!!

The one thing to keep in mind with flatbedding is the physical requirements. You are climbing all over that load, lifting tarps that weigh 50 or 100 pounds, securing and loading in all kinds of weather. Rain, sun, heat, cold, snow.
It isn't for the feighnt of heart!
But for those that like it, they wouldn't do anything else.
I've never done it. I'll admit, I'm too old for that stuff now.
But good luck. Hope whatever you choose works out well.

    GSWx Thanks this.
