Hey there -
Stevens has come into my list of possible companies to drive for. Now I know that I have heard a lot of negatives from drivers that were apparently wronged by the company, for whatever reason. But I am interested in hearing from current drivers (or their spouses) regarding the company, miles, cpm, and overall work conditions.
I am going to be making a decision within the next few weeks, so any information I can get would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

ScooterDawg, geesh, current drivers are not posting anything. c'on guys and gals. Need to hear current information on the company.
ScooterDawg Thanks this. -
I think the decison has been made for you. Stevens is in a hiring freeze according to another thread here.

Not talking? About evey thread on here is negative.

It's like everything else... people tend to accentuate the negative. Remember the crap going around the day room about your next PCS duty assignment? Some folks love the place, some folks think it's total hell. It's the same with trucking companies.
If you need training, Prime still is accepting non-CDL trainees. BTW, I'm a driver - not a recruiter. -
I am a VERY RECENT ex-employee of Stevens, and it's just a CDL mill. If you have experience, you could make more elsewhere-and it's a really unpleasant company to work for.
My 2 cents-YMMV
