Stevens for a Lady driver?

I am looking for a good starter company. I just got screwed over by Central Refrigerated. (long story but if anyone wants details, just ask) I was wondering if Stevens had female trainers or if they have a problem with students having previous experience (my problem with Central) I've heard alot of bad things about them but it seems like every company on here has it's share of bashers. Any info would be appreciated.

 

I was supposed to leave this saturday for Utah to start school on June 1st. I had been talking back and forth with my recruiter for weeks giving him all the info he asked for, never lied about anything! I told him I had previously drove for CFI for 6 mths and had to give up my CDL a couple of yrs ago due to blood pressure problems that are now under control. He asked for info on the school I went to in Missouri, dates etc. Then after all the red tape is cleared I asked him if it was safe to go ahead and buy my plane ticket and he said " Sure, got all the info I need and everything looks great!" Then I get a call from this woman 2 days ago who informs me that because I previously held a CDL I cannot attend their school! I told her my recruiter was aware of this and never said a word! So here I am with a $150.00 non refundable plane ticket I can't use and I had turned in my notice at work only to go back and beg to keep my job! Needless to say i'm pissed beyond words!! I don't know what is going on over there but they need to get their act together!!!
