I can only speak for Stevens out of those companies.
It is a training company, so the average driver is going to have less than two years experience. The first year of any training company is hard.
Yes, there will be a lot of complaints. After all, it's during the first year you have the most people that drop out of trucking all together. It is not what they expected.
But they have to blame someone, don't they?
I, for one, am happy at Stevens. They treat me well, do what they say and my income is well above average for the industry.
I am a L/O. (Just buying my truck now, so will be an O/O in the next week.)
