Still waiting on a truck!!! what is going on JB!!!!

It has to do with my MVR getting bushwhacked & my license being suspended in 2009. It might be an appropriate time for me to do a write up of my time @ JB Hunt & the small company I left them for. I already did a write up on CR England as my way into the drivers seat. If you are even remotely interested in it I put that on the England board. It's a long read but I'm a detail oriented guy so if you'd like go check that out & look forward to my JB Hunt write up.

But make no mistake, knowing what I have to do correct the mess I made of my career now I've got a clear path back to JB Hunt & I will be there again!

check out JB's jobs in your area. if all your ducks are lined up they should bring you back. I know they are hurting for drivers in texas I am not sure about Carolina. Oh BTw that was a long detailed read. Nice Job.

 

Any of you guys know anything about the will run fleet where your out 90 days and get a weeks paid vacation? Curious about truck size really. I'm 6'4' and the mid roofs seems a bit claustrophobic to be in for that long. Any thoughts or knowledge would be helpful. We don't have any of the sleepers on our account up in newburgh so I cant see what they look like as far as room goes.

I waited exactly a week for my truck and it was a pleasant wait after I was reassured by you truckers that it wasn't uncommon. JB paid my expenses to get from northern to southern California and I was assigned a load right away. I've been busy ever since running my 6 western states and loving it. No offense to you easterners, but I am just a lot more comfortable on the west coast. JB Hunt is a great company to work for. They treat me with respect, they do what they say they are going to do, they offer great benefits (don't know about medical, I use my wife's) and every JB driver I run across on the road has been there for 5, 10, 15 years or more. Just ran into a driver that had just come back to JB after going for the grass on the other side. Thought for a minute it might be you Ugly, but realized your from Carolina so you wouldn't be out here. It is definitely a long-term company, and I don't mind that at all. I might just end up retiring from here.

unfortunately I may have to look else where. Don't really want to but according to my dispatch jb is going to all small sleepers and im currently on the will run fleet or otr in a mid roof. So i'm probably going to have to look at other companies since 90 days is way to long to be cramped in this tiny little truck. The new prostars aren't much bigger then this. Can't understand how they run otr in small sleepers.

they wont offer you something else with a bigger truck or day cab ?
