Wow that's crazy hopefully you guys can catch the piece of crap that stole it.

 

I can't tell by looking at those pics it looks like whoever is driving in is bobtailing unless I'm not seeing it correctly which could be very likely in my case. But definitely keep things posted here on the progress it would be excellent if your investigator caught the guy taking a nap and back and then you could maybe work him over a little bit if you got there and he was still laid up. I was working for a window company back in the mid-2000s and we caught a guy trying to steal from us he actually climbed into the back of the box truck and we shut the door and lock them in there was no access from the box to the cab of the truck so while we were waiting for the police to show up my boss took off his tool belt grab this hammer and instructed me to shut the door behind him and after he flung the door open sledding on his belly I shut the door right behind him let me tell you he worked that crook over so bad that when the police showed up the guy was begging the police to get him away from my boss took a few hammers to the face and the ribs but that's just it you don't mess with people's property unless you looking to get your ### severely beat. That's my belief system. I really hope that you get your truck back at least you know it's not chopped thank God

 

I can't recall from your other post and I'm too lazy to go back and look this late in the evening but was it taken in Georgia? And if so that ####### is still driving around in a fire red Pete. Come on now how can the police Miss that? Looks like Georgia might just be the place to commit crimes if that's your thing because it seems to me that the police pretty lady there. You should call the news station and have them come down and do a story on the situation tell you that would like some fires under some #####

 

Get a high quality padlock with a long shackle. Before you leave your truck, slide it through the u-joint in the steering shaft under the dash. Then slide a 1" box end wrench through the padlock as well.

Then install a ball valve in the brake application air line somewhere that's not easy to see. And/or swap your red and blue air lines on the trailer.

Hidden kill switch on the ignition...

Finally, install an IP camera that works over a 4G/LTE hotspot. Watch it from your phone. When you see the thief getting in your truck, you've got about thirty seconds to go out there and turn his head into bloody mush before he realizes your truck is too time consuming to steal.
