so angel how long do you believe you're going to have to wait until you can pick up your new toy? I know you said as soon as they get the paperwork they will throw the money in your account. What's the time frame? Cuz I'm sure you're itching to hammer down and all LOL

As long as there are no hiccups. The plan is to overnight the insurance co the titles on monday and me fly out on Wednesday am. Pick up the truck and drive to Louisville Wednesday night. Use all of Thursday to do paper work, inspections, and organize truck. Find a load out Friday delivering on monday. That's my plan. Will It come together like that ? Probably not but that's how I'm planning it

I almost forgot the most important thing I'm going to do. ANTI THEFT Devices. Maybe over kill but I'm going to install A Kill switch and anything else you guys recommended and then some. You can take that to the bank.

I leave my padlock and hardened wrench beside the seat. I lock the column every time I get out of the truck... only takes 30 seconds.

I could give two ####s if someone stole my truck. It's insured. But my dog rides with me and I'd be absolutely psycho if some piece of #### drove away with her.

I had a relative who wired up some crazy starting circuit where you needed to flip like 6 random switches and hidden buttons to be able to start his pickup. When you know electrical, you can get pretty creative.

I was just going to post that a dog might be the best protection. Like Rottweiler or Pit Bull. And trained to go for the nuts, forget hands, arms, legs, feet or head.

does the theft of your truck affect your new insurance rate for your new rig?
Sorry you had to go through this, whoever stole your truck is a POS

I think you are overthiki... try this. Have Woof and Tail fill the doorway, clock the bad guy 10 feet all the way to the pavement. Bouncing said bad guy off piss bottles is a special reward. Gold!

True, but de-nutting him should make him a bit more mellow. At least that is what the vets say.;)
