Stop engine light where the turbo actuator and EGR light on

I've got a 2008 Peterbilt 386 with an ISX Cummins my stop engine light is on with a check engine light and on the dash it says turbo actuator and EGR it won't region and it feels like I don't have a lot of boost ive replace the turbo actuator the engine harness and the EGR but the problem still exists anybody else have this problem please advise

 

Yes it was. I had to Turbo actuator replaced a few weeks ago and it was running good all the way up until about a week ago and then that's when all of this started to happen stop engine light and then the dash is saying EGR and turbo actuator Peterbilt is the one that told me to replace the harness cuz that was the problem well come to find out it wasn't but they also said that it's throwing code of 2636 1893 and 2375
