    Just thought id stop by to tell you guys Im still alive and all that, its been months since I posted, I ended up not going back to swift after all the BS went down with my trainor and the Student DM gave me such a hassle over getting a new trainor I just told him to forget it, anyway, I got on with a local company that delivers flowers to lowes stores and had been doing that during the season, laid off for the rest of the summer at this point..but enjoying the down time.

    Delivering flowers is cool.

    When in high school my best friend's dad was a wholesale florist. I'd visit the shop sometimes and watch the trucks unload.

    We had the best time Friday and Saturday nights.
    His dad would bring us a sh-load of flowers and we would load them into a wagon and sell them door to door.
    After the first few months we were known as 'the flower guys', and we had plenty of regular customers.
    We were the only place in town (or anywhere else) that could sell a dozen roses for $2.50.

    We lived at the bottom of a hill, so we would haul them up the hill selling and then ride the wagon back down.
    We sure wore out lot of shoe soles, as they were our brakes!

    I have an interview today with another company that does flower delivery and this time its a full time permanant gig!
