Yes. Kill your engine, open the airtanks valves and drain over night. Close in the morning before beginning work.

I don't hear them air dryers anymore. In fact I need to hear it so I know it's working. It's really important if I was asleep and if it quit working I would notice and fall out of bed wondering what's the problem.
