i don't care you built them, that tells me you sucked at your job, since it is all ship-shod work.

what happened, the company you worked for got caught over price fixing and using sub-standard materials.>??

There is a side bypass/access lane thing next to 75 South from 60 to 301 and it does the same thing. The pavement is new but you wander all over the place once on it. My thought was that it's just a thin layer that will be redone once all the construction is done since they are still doing a ton of work right where it is. I have no knowledge to back up those thoughts but it seems like it would make sense. Roads all torn up from construction so just throw down a thin layer to smooth it a lil until they get everything done and can do it right.

i'd rather watch you squirm trying to explain all your knowledge of ship-shod road paving projects, and why you ain't doing it no more, and was your company ever accused/charged with cost over runs and lousy work..the way we drivers have a disdain about construction workers standing around at construction sites and the terrible roads, even AFTER ALLEGED REPAIRS ARE MADE, i'd NOT be bragging that you worked in road construction anytime too soon.

I-95 (mostly the north bound lanes) in several areas but as i recall Stamford and New Haven being the worst, there is so much heavy truck traffic that "grooves" are in the far right lane. and with a set of pups, don;t look back at the wiggle wagons...

your funny, I'm retired now so I just set back and relax. and if you knew how to build a road, that it's a one step at a time process, you would know why they're standing around. its a lot like when a driver is just standing around while the trailer is being loaded.

oh, i have seen road crews. i have seen the more than one step process(es).

still doesn't wash how the road work is lousy using sub standard materials or inadequate laying of the blacktop to prevent a seam that the water gets in, freezes, and creates potholes.

and the work has to be done all over again, in less lifespan than the olden days.

or the "pocketing of money" that the construction companies do, and call it a day.

it's called graft, payola, among many things.

this is why i NEVER felt sorry for road workers working in the HOT, BROILING, HUMID summer time. you guys got paid enough for the lousy work you's did.....at least i was in an a/c truck.....eating my lunch or talking on the phone, while you all were nearly at deaths door.

They recently laid down a new surface coming out of Montana into Idaho on I15. My truck wanders all over as soon as I get on the fresh asphalt. It’s very strange.
